The HSR | Fore Vacuum Baffle (#1) is an OEM fore-vacuum baffle (#1) for the HSR oil diffusion pump system used on VTA wiped-film distillation systems. The fore-vacuum baffle prevents diffusion pump fluid vapor from backstreaming into the fore-vacuum line and rotary pump, protecting the vacuum system from oil contamination. An essential component for maintaining clean vacuum system performance during molecular distillation. Replace if contaminated with process residue or diffusion pump fluid.
