The Trace Heating Hose (ø8×1.5, M16x1, ℓ300 mm) is an electrically heated transfer hose designed to maintain product temperature during transfer between distillation stages on VTA wiped-film distillation systems. Available in 300 mm length, it connects via M16x1 fittings and prevents viscous distillates from cooling and solidifying in the line between the evaporator, degasser, and collection vessels. Essential for processing waxes, cannabinoids, and other high-viscosity botanical extracts. An OEM VTA replacement part for VKL and VKS series distillation systems.
