The Agilent Dry Scroll Pump IDP-7 (5.4 CFM) is an oil-free Agilent IDP-7 dry scroll vacuum pump providing 5.4 CFM pumping speed, ideal for use as a backing pump on VTA and UIC wiped-film distillation systems where oil contamination of the process stream is a concern. Dry scroll technology eliminates the need for vacuum pump oil, reducing maintenance requirements and eliminating the risk of oil back-migration into the process vacuum line. Suitable for use as a fore pump with HSR and Agilent diffusion pumps.
